Looks like they've refunded it now, but won't touch them ever again. CD keys was a breeze in comparison and cheaper as you said! wink

So nobody get's confused, CD keys is not CJS CD keys as in the OP!

I cancelled my order from CJS CD keys for £9-99 and (on Kila's advice) bought from CD keys at £6-99 instead!

Not for the 3 quid, but because they hadn't delivered nor replied to my emails in nearly a week. They're best avoided I reckon.

I'm not gonna flame cjs as they resolved the one issue I had with them with a refund and the £9.99 version of Titanfall that Nelly purchased from them was the deluxe version that included the season pass, although that is now free!!

Big thumbs up for cdkeys.com though!!

I'm not flaming them. I bought the game, they took the money from my PayPal account and said it wasn't in stock. That's not buying, that's pre ordering and should be more clearly stated. They said it would be restocked in 2-12 hours. It still wasn't in stock 5 days later. And the three emails I sent them (with the aforementioned 12 hours between) received the same stock reply "Restocking in 2-12 hours".

When I raised a refund request on PayPal, the message from them was very telling. "If you proceed with a PayPal dispute claim, our staff have been instructed not to give your complaint priority. It could then take weeks for your refund to be received. Our support system will resolve it 24-48hours."

Yeah right, like they said about the restock within 2-12 hours! Any company that try's to manipulate your complaint in such a way is a bad bet for customer service. That's not flame, that's fact.

And they're registered in Belize, so good luck if PayPal or your credit card issuer don't play ball....

I couldn't tell you mate, but smart money bets on how the company reacts when things go awry, not when they go to plan. All companies make mistakes, but some aren't all that interested in resolving issues after they've taken the money.

I'd used them before my issue and I've used them after, the fact that they refunded me my money gives me no reason to not want to use them, I'll agree they certainly aren't the most professional company you'll come across but I can only talk from experience and in general it's been good and if they save me money then I'll use them smile

Keys are bought from different countries, so through currency conversion they can sell the keys cheaper.
