Went with TalkTalk not really gaming related I know but my speeds have remained the same and my ping is now a 3rd of what it was and saving a 3rd of the cost I was paying BT

With Plusnet here, still ADSL Max no Fibre yet. We are meant to be getting FTTP but it's taking them a damn long time.... had new poles and fibre run to village (I think) done back around Jan but nothing since. Planning on putting place on the market next year so may not even get to use it lol

Actually the ping is relevant to gaming!

I don't know any serious Gamer that would consider the likes of Talk Talk for there Isp.

But then again your not what i call a serious gamer .

Your what a call a Hobby Gamer flipping from one game to another at the drop of a hat

Only winding you up mate in all honesty and truth you are more than likely more or less as serious as myself .

Im in a mood as I'm not looking forward to Monday lying on some slab in a hospital theatre with me bits hanging out .

Took long enough for a TalkTalk hater to find this!!

I was looking at changing to them this week. But when I checked with plusnet, it appears that changing my call plan from evenings and weekends onto anytime calls a few months back (which most people would envisage as a bolt on service) actually renewed the whole line rental, calls and broadband package into an 18 month contract.

Not a happy bunny.

They're all sneaky [censored]!

I'm thinking of changing to them too but not happy about the 18 month contract idea
