Just had email from Microsoft store, goods dispatched so should be here on Thursday, so excited now!

Don't be surprised if that doesn't turn up tomorrow,i had similar email claiming 1/3 days and then when i checked the order it told me the following day.

Just need a few games next week and your be in Gaming heaven

Surprised such a expensive controller has disposable batteries rather than a built in rechargeable one. The charger sorts things out but that's an added expense on a already expensive item.

Believe it or not Microsoft thought adding that facility would put the price up even more

I prefer the idea of removable batteries, it's better than replacing the controller when the batteries die.
If you're using rechargeable batteries or even a battery pack you can also use a micro usb lead and plug and play.
