NAT type two question PS4

Hi gaming guys on here, thought you would be smarter with routers than on other sites.
Thinking of getting a PS4 soon. I don't like upnp being turned on, on router i have never fealt its secure so i looked up the ports to forward for the PS4 and find this.

TCP: 80, 443, 1935, 3478-3480
UDP: 3478-3479

Surely the PS4 does not need TCP 80 and 443 forwarded and open inbound, alot of isp's around the world block inbound port 80 even if it is forwarded.

What ports if upnp is disabled do people on here forward to there PS4 to enable NAT type 2?

I have UPNP on and achieve an open NAT, never had reason to turn it off so I can't help I'm afraid!
