HELP! how do i set up QoS for my gaming needs

Hiya, i'm a college student living sharing a flat with 2 other guys. long story short, i'd love for the router to prioritize me instead of the 20+ opened tabs on my friends' phones and laptops.

i'm using an Orange router (not the color but the ISP's name)

I'm aware of how easy it would be had my router been a modern one (with all the computer illiterate helping options) however all i have infront of me is basically things that only a computer science person would understand i guess.. i'd happily provide screen shots if needed but for now i'm just going to copy paste whats on my screen.
