Uplay

I bought AC Syndicate from CDKeys which meant I had to install Uplay.
What an annoying piece of [censored] that is. To play my game I have to open uplay and be connected to the internet. And even when I'm not playing the game it keeps asking for access to the net

yeah one downside to pc gaming is the online DRM stuff some publishers insist upon.

I think you can get UPlay not to start at startup (like Origin and Steam), but all these different systems is really annoying - especially when you buy an Ubisoft game through Steam (need both Steam and UPlay running then).
