Only if you want to play it ,and only in a couple of months Battlefield 1 is out so even a freebie is not that appealing .

Besides i got to put the next 6 months in trying to find 3 items to fix my spaceship so i can leave this planet,something that would generally take someone who plays these type of games 20 minutes.

any idea why companies are launching products with old names? it seems to be to deliberately cause confusion.

It started with the xbox1. So when people search for information on the original xbox they get the new xbox instead.
Nvidia launched their new titan graphics card with the same name as the previous version. (they told the press who asked why it was to avoid confusion which was an odd answer).
Now we got battlefield 5 been called battlefield 1? why?

Also thanks for sharing the offer, I brought it, but sony are they begging to be hacked again? noticing basic 101 security issues on their psn website.

It's named Battlefield1 because it's set in the first world war although the proper name for that is The Great War

Its going to be fun when we get to the new bf2 (ww2), presumably bf3 maybe Vietnam or perhaps they just go back to modern warfare for 3 and 4.

As far as the naming goes I would rather they said BF WW1 rather than just 1. At least it makes more sense than Xbox One
