Can not wait for this and back on the awesome multiplayer this game was on initial release and never in my opinion been bettered since.

It won't take a lot to beat the bunch of FPS that have tried and failed to simulate the game over the past 9 years and failed .

Exactly Im hoping the ACR is in the original and best MW game but i have been informed it was MW2 or Even 3......
Thats was my weapon i used all the time in one of the MW games for sure.

So I've pre ordered the legacy edition from shopto.net and received a beta code. It also says that if I "pre purchase" (which I assume means pay now instead of when they dispatch it?) I can get the MW remastered single player campaign 30 days early.
How? Is it a download or something?

Not sure about the 30 day early part of MW single player,the beta code is for Infinite warfare you get to play about 7 days early before the xbox one version,so basically playstation 4 owners get to play the beta for 10 days and xbox owners just 3 days,beta starts October 14th and i think the 30 days early but is obviously a digital download of the Modern Warfare game,don't think there are any disks in this deal for MW.

Was a very good game but I preferred COD World At War and I found out today that it's just been made backwards compatible.

I loved WAW too, my favourite campaign of all the COD games.
But the MW maps have never been bettered in my opinion. Can't wait to get back on them.
Won't take part in the beta though. Just want to play the campaign and get used to atmosphere again.

So shopto will need to send us a code next early next week then ? for this 30 day early single player campaign,not that I'm really that bothered about the single player part.

Yeah the campaign was very very good, probably my fav campaign as well although I'm a sucker for levels involving WW1 and WW2. The levels at the end on Veteran were crazy, Literally every few seconds a grenade was landing at your feet.

It was indeed the first game to include the zombie mode. I remember completing the game and it loading up and thinking [censored], To begin with you had to complete the story to unlock it (later on they opened it up to anyone) and I remember inviting a few mates into the level to play it and they had no idea what was going on as they were expecting normal multiplayer.
I'll check tomorrow but as they've just made it BC I don't see any reason why it wouldn't have it.

Zombie mode does indeed still work on it.
I looked on ebay and saw a week or 2 ago the disc for WAW was going for £1-£2, They now sell for £12 on there.

I enjoyed the game but i bought a recent backward compatible Xbox One Black Ops game and to be honest 1 hour later if that i was done with it and wasted about £15 on that game so i won't be downloading it,MW is where its at for me and the new Battlefield Game and Watchdogs 2 and a fair few others.
I have Gears 4 coming next Friday and that alongside MW has to be the most fun i have ever had online,MW was awesome and Horde mode in gears in just brilliant and still to this day i play the older Gears Games just for Horde Mode alone.

So i have just read this.......
Those who pre-order the Digital Deluxe or Digital Legacy edition of Infinite Warfare on PS4 and can play the Modern Warfare campaign 30 days early on October 5th, which as you may have notice is next week. Exciting.
So I'm guessing my special retail copy does not include a code to play this MW single player campaign 30 days early.

Seems I'm safe having ordered the retail disk Legacy edition that also gives you a code for playing the single player remaster of MW 30 days early,the way i was looking at it was a pre/order of digital versions only would have this,but having checked my pre/orders at shopto i see its included and i expect the code to be sent next week on October 4/5th.

TBH isn't it just the campaign you get to play early???.

Yes and I'm not cancelling my original legacy edition for this stupid mistake so late in the day,was told when i asked shopto last week that for all those who ordered the retail disk of Infinite warfare they will send the code for the MW single player campaign out by Wednesday of this week,now they say we have to cancel the retail versions,buy the digital versions and pay straight away,and once the game is released they will send the hard copy.......Complete and utter nonsense this late in the day if you ask me and i am not bothering with it and will just wait for the game release.....Besides i will be to far buried in Horde Gears 4 to care about the single player of MW which i bought for the online to be honest.
