Pineview drive - release date?

I preordered this months ago when it wa first announced And was due a month later. 6 months down the line it's being pushed back again. Anyone know when it's out?

I take it this is for a console? As I swear I played this early last year or even 2 years ago on PC.

Yes sorry should have said it's for PS4.
