PSN account been locked every day

anyone else getting this issue.

An email has been sent to <snip>. Follow the instructions in the email and reset your password.

The email doesnt arrive, but when I ring sony all the emails arrive after they click something, I checked on reddit and is similar complaints. Seems a malfunctioning security system. I have done this every day since tuesday, and the account keeps getting locked out.

After changing my email it seems ok, my old email was a hotmail account.

No problem here either

I couldn�t get on for nearly a week, but that was down to the missus...

On the PS4?
