Hyperoptic best gaming latency in UK? What competes?

Hi - does Hyperoptic have the best gaming latency in UK? Every time I see a streamer using Hyperoptic in UK they have much much lower ping than their BT / Virgin teammates. Are they using something unique in their setup or backend that allows them to achieve this.

Also since they are only available in apartments what options do we have as people who live in houses to be able to get a connection that competes? I've seen the likes of Community Fibre etc that look good but they are not available outside M25 and I'm based in Manchester.

They are probably prioritising ping with higher end equipment at there exchanges therefore lowering the time it takes to respond in games. Equipment does play a big part but connection is key the main issues.
