Hey guys, cancelled my F2S subscripton which was on LLU to move to Sky. Ceased as of the 6th September - have been told it will take from 5-15 working days before the marker is removed from the line depending on who i speak to (Sky, F2S technical, Ofcom, BT Wholesale).
Does anyone have any idea of the ACTUAL time it takes for the marker to be removed from the line on an LLU product? No one seems to have a definitive answer. Obviously i can't place the order for the new supply until the marker is removed, so any help would be really appreciated.
