Removing marker on my line

I'm currently trying to untangle myself from Tiscali. They failed to carry out my cancellation the first time and now I don't think they'll do it this time. Is there anyway I can contact BT to make sure Tiscali have instructed them to remove their ADSL marker from my line?

you can see if its gone from the wholesale checker, it won't have a paragraph on the end about ISDN/ADSL if you're clear.
