Order status checker

Hi guys.

I remember reading some posts that stated you can check the status of your order through a thing BT do.?.

Anyone remember what this is and a link pls if you have one.

that just comes up with the "yes you can get broadband etc and the potential speed etc"

i take it i have done it rite.
i am looking for the section that tells you if a migration is ordered etc..
