LLU Migration Problem..

Ok, bit of a strange problem that I cant figure out.. so here goes.

I'm currently with Nildram on the 2mb package, and have been for about a year now. I recently tried to switch to another ISP and they informed me I was now on a LLU line with Nildram (which I had no knowledge of and wasn't informed about) so I would have to pay a
