Hello
Around 6 or 7 years ago my Son had broadband enabled on our line when ADSL was still being trialled by BT and was cancelled when he moved out about a year later, removing ADSL from the line.
However there still seems to be a marker on the line as the number is still showing as having ADSL enabled and is thus preventing a new broadband order.
Any ideas how to get the marker off?
