Help with Broadband???

Can anyone help me????

I am on the move and want to get rid of Orange. I am getting told to get a MAC code by some people and not to bother by others as I am moving house. Can anyone advice me??

I am also looking to buy a Thompson speedtouch routers 585 v6 wireless router - are they any good?

And finally can anyone suggestion who I should go to / look into once I get rid of Orange? You maybe able to tell from my requests that I am not very good when it comes to computers.

If moving house then the MAC scheme does NOT apply.

585 seems to be a popular choice with relatively few complaints.

Provider - what do you do with the connection?
