Tiscali won't remove tag

Hi

Sometime in the past there was Tiscali business broadband on our fax line which was setup by someone who doesn't work here anymore. We have not had Tiscali for at least 2 years now.

I want to get bethere on the fax line now but I can't beacuase Tiscali still have their tag on the line.

I have now been trying for 6 months to get Tiscali to remove the tag from the line. This has included me sending them proof that we own the building etc but I seem to be getting nowhere. Everytime I ring up they say they will contact me with an update but never do.

They won't give me a mac code either as they say the account has been cancelled.

Is there any other way I can get the tag removed?
