I've just tried to access eBay from my machine at home which is on O2 and it's not working. I use OpenDNS there too and the url is resolving OK but it just times out.

Looks to be a routing issue. Can access it via work VPN connection

Also cannot connect from O2 LLU.

A tracert seems to get lost somewhere within Deutsche Telcom
