21CN WBC change over

Our exchange is suppose to be changed over to 21CN WBC at the end of this month, well we lose connection to the net as it is changed over or will it be that quick that the connection will not be lost?

Will only change if your provider is using WBC products already and would require them to give BT the nod

Oh right, I thought that everyone would go onto the system, but not use the faster speeds. So if some ISps stay on the old system, how is this going to save Bt Money whihc is the reason for this 21cn.

21CN PSTN changeover will happen en masse
21CN broadband will be service provider lead, until IPstream is retired
There is a load of info on 21CN over at Samknows.

I suppose it will take a while for Bt to retire Ipstream as they will have to get All Isps using the new system.
