Exchange congestion

[link to this post]

Hello

My exchange was WBC enabled I think on 21 March. Ever since then I've had quite variable speeds fluctuating between 2500kbps and 3000 and then back up to the normal 5400ish.

My exchange Wapping is currently showing Red.

Is this just a coincidence or can I expect this kind of variability from now on? I'm with Zen and really haven't had these kinds of problems for some years.

Thanks for input.

A number of other Zen customers have mentioned similar i.e. variable speeds, so unless others on Wapping step up, it may be something more ISP based

Thanks. I thought it was a more general problem but perhaps I'll post it on the Zen board to see. Cheers
