Ok. Great.
I have removed this wire, and now it is 6.2Mbps. But on INSIDE socket i had 6.6Mbps. Is it all right?

Yeah, that's good. You may be able to get the outside sync up to the sync you get on the test socket depending on what type of faceplate you have.

Does the faceplate have a computer socket and a telephone socket?

Do you have other phones, sky boxes, stuff like that plugged into the phone line?
They all need microfilters.

How much extension wiring do you have and what quality is it? Low quality wiring in large lengths make a pretty good EMI conductor.

Removing that wire as suggested has meant a big improvement, the other 0.4Meg is probably due to the effect of the wiring, use of an ADSL faceplate might give you that extra 0.4Meg, but costs a tenner

Yes, that's them. Sometimes things like sky boxes and cordless phones can be double filtered and get less noise.
