Hi-Velocity down????

What's happening at Hi-Velocity?

I've had a weekend of intermittent and slow connections, then this morning, I can't connect at all (well, that's not quite true, my modem reports a connection, but there is nothing behind it - no internet connectivity).

I tried calling their 'support' number, and for a few hours I got "You are first in the queue".... followed by Magrathea error 86.... Whatever that is!

So, I sent them an email - guess what, no reply . . . . Now their support number doesn't even work, it simply says 'error - there is a fault....

Has anyone else any issues????

I've had connection / contact issues before, but this time I start to wonder if anything more sinister is afoot. They usually have a phone line that works.... Notice their website is still up though, so maybe I needn't fear the worst. but now it's a 5 hour outage, and NO way to contact them.... fishy?????

They still have the log on the site, but they may be members now, but then they may not.
