LLu migration

I want to migrate from sky LLU to Virgin LLU is it true that i have to clear my line down first then place a order or will a mac code from sky do...(i have had conflicting reports about migrating from llu to llu)

No i cannot get virgin cable but they have a upto 16mb llu at my exchange

Ive never heard of a Virgin LLU product, are you sure thats not the newer BT ADSL2+ based services?
