55,000 landline broadband customers lost in the three months to the end of September.

http://www.thinkbroadband.com/news/i/4019.html not a blip, it has been a pattern for some time. Peak was 1,142,000 in 2007

Yep. Noteworthy that that was 10.3% in 6 months. This is 12% in 3 months.
