Telephone Plug Kit - Need Wiring Diagram

I'm planning to buy a "telephone plug kit", so I can connect the phone extension wires that are currently connected to the back of the Master socket, to the phone socket of the broadband filter via the plug.

Can anyone tell me what wires go where in the phone plug or point me to a diagram ?
No one seems to sell the kit with instructions for some reason.

I obviously know the wires are numbered in the Master socket, but that's it.
