Internet provider with out line rental takeover

[link to this post]

my daughter is due to have a BT line introduced tomorrow and would like an internet connection, but not BT. They will be light users and want only a 12 month contract. Obviously ithe provider will not ask for the line rental.

You can check her exchange here to see if there are any LLU providers for a start.

I would recommend IDnet as they have a 1 month contract and have just increased allowances, making their base packages very attractive indeed.

When you say not BT, do you mean Not BT Broadband (as a product) or anything based on the BT 20 or 21CN broadband infrastructure?
