Usage meter for peak/off-peak

For ISP's who have a different download limit for peak (8am-midnight) and offpeak - which program can be used to monitor this? most programs just seem to work for an overall limit not a split one

Many ISP that run with limits ( or at least the better ones ) give the customer a portal they can login to and monitor there usage through the month .

So its normal for these ISP to give you the information on your usage or as i said the better ones tend to .

Whilst i do except there are plenty with limits that don't , i cant think of one that does split usage limits that don't supply you with a portal to monitor your usage .

Networx and tbbMeter.

tbbMeter is fine except it isn't yet fully developed for use on a LAN, only really suitable for a single computer on the connection. It has a quite sophisticated peak/off-peak splitter and an alarm system.

Neither can record usage by things like XBoxes.

for ISP's with their own checking equipment how accurate is it?

i.e. my networx says I have used 27GB up and down - O2 claim I have used more than 40GB so big difference
