BT Speed Tester Getting Stuck

When I use the BT Speed Tester it gets as far as repoting my connection speed but it then seems to get stuck. The speed tests do not seem to occur and the router shows no activity. Other speed testers seem to work OK.

Any one any ideas?

Are you sure you are on IPStream? It only works for those who are.
