g.dmt fixed

[link to this post]

my bb server has fixed me on g.dmt to 2.5meg from 6meg for the last 4 weeks, when i go to adsl2+ i can not get a connection, the router reads Downstream output power (dBmV) 0. and on g.dmt it is Downstream output power (dBmV) 18. can any 1 tell me if this would stop my adsl2+ from working? and have they capped me.

cheers
