NamesCo / NDO

I have been with NDO for well over 5 years. Just recently they have moved their support to India and when I say India I don't mean a proper support team - no they seem to have a bloke sitting at home watching TV!

This has afftected not only me but other of my neighbours too as I recommended Names to them!

Anyone know what is happening at Names? Have they sold out - or are they about to?

I presume you have been with NDO for broadband for 5 years (not hosting or anything else). I have just requested my MAC to move after my 12 months there and have never needed to phone support, if you require British Tech Support then do the same and find an ADSL supplier with local call centres etc.
