post office broadband

hi there im on postoffice unlimited broadband i get 4500 meg on my line but my noise margin is at 9.0 is there anyway of postoffice lowering it?

What attenuation and what is the exact sync? Knowing that and the noise margin is important.

If error rate is low and very few resyncs then margin will lower on its in own in two weeks. Otherwise ask them to reset the target noise margin to 6dB.

Best advice is to see how much the noise margin varies, if it is dropping below 6dB when its dark, then a risk the line may be unstable at night.
