these are my router stats

just done a speed test and came out at 1.5 meg exchange is oswestry currently showing green(which is a surprise lol) my provider is xilo on home 25Ggb a month so these stats any good?

New line? as the line is syncing at 6560k which should get a higher rate.

Can you post a BT speedtest result? Even though the exchange may show green, the VP status report on some sites can still be wrong.

Download speedachieved during the test was - 1954 Kbps
For your connection, the acceptable range of speeds is 600-7150 Kbps.
Additional Information:
Your DSL Connection Rate :6560 Kbps(DOWN-STREAM), 448 Kbps(UP-STREAM)
IP Profile for your line is - 5500 Kbps

Profile is correct but may be VP, especially on that exchange but the rate is well above the 600k minimum acceptable rate that BT allow for a contended service.

If you run a test tomorrow morning and another one after noon/before 6pm and drop us a ticket, we'll see if we can at least get some kind of confirmation as to the VP status.

I'd say a week day is ideal as weekend usage trends are a little different to the week.. but it does look like VP congestion due to the sheer difference in results.
