I'm sure many of us have read Plusnet's post about how UK ISPs are charged by BT Wholesale for providing customers with broadband over IPStream:

However - the question is, how accurate is that pricing today? Is it the case that it's still some £100+ is required per Mbit of capacity?
Just curious, since I'm now seeing some of the Wholesale Fibre reselling ISPs (for EG: Daisy, Entanet) promise 8Mbit throughput, and I was wondering how they were able to do so..
