Yes that episode and series aired before Christmas, however I do believe that no company that is serious player in whatever industry sets out to be awful, the basic principle in consumer based business is that a returning customer is the best customer.

If I understand correctly that TT is now made up from several providers, this unfortunately a negative that many other communication providers have suffered.

Ps I�m not a tt customer or employee or shareholder nor are any family or friend member

Its fact that the bigger the company, the more complaints it gets. At the end of the day they want to make money, and they won't do that without providing a service.
