Yes that episode and series aired before Christmas, however I do believe that no company that is serious player in whatever industry sets out to be awful, the basic principle in consumer based business is that a returning customer is the best customer.
If I understand correctly that TT is now made up from several providers, this unfortunately a negative that many other communication providers have suffered.
