No connection

writing on phone so keeping it short.

Last night I gave my mac to sky broadband, today I seem to have no internet connection.
Adsl24 is my current provider.

I've tried 2 modems, cables and filters. Each modem reports sync, but no connection.the 834gt on now is stuck on
Lcp is allowed to come up, though reporting connected at 6112kbs. Support have been contacted and say they'll raise with bt, just seems a huge coincidence that this happened 12 hours after requesting and passing my mac

That's one of the problems going through a reseller. Who's the underlying ISP?

ISP is murphx - turned out it seems to be an exchange issue, I packed the kids into the car and headed off to the seaside (which was the plan anyway) and got a phone call from my brother in law 20 minutes later asking if I could go down and fix his internet
just got home and it's back on
