best exchange checker

I am trying to check my exchange to find out which providers are available in my area I have tried several but have had varied results.

Which is the best for the most up to date information?

ultimately your best bet is to check with the providers you have on your short list. Samknows is fairly up to date with LLU operators (email them if not) but it doesn't take long to check 4 operators number checkers to see what's available.

The link you were given by john2007 in this thread is samknows, suggested by yarwell here. That is th best.

It would be best perhaps if you post the resulting exchange link in that thread, as it is about choosing an ISP for you.
