Anyone else having trouble with Easily registered domains?

I've recently been having problems with domains I have registered through Easily.co.uk.

Firstly mail to my personal domain dried up and when I logged in to my DNS settings on Easily, the IP address for my MX record had been changed to a random address, I switched it back and queried it with Easily who stated that the IP hadn't been changed in six years.

Now one of my wife's domains stopped receiving email and this time the MX record is correct, but the intermediate Aname record which defines the IP for mail.<domain> has disappeared.

Anyone else having issues with Easily?

My reply won't help you but I have mail forwarding set for my Easily domain and this has always worked perfectly for 10 years.

All our DNS records have been the same since we moved to Entanet in 2006, it's somewhat suspicious that within a period of two weeks two out of our five domains registered through Easily have mysteriously lost or changed settings. Especially when both those domains are different Easily customer accounts (one of mine and one of my wife's)

We have a fixed IP, which has been set at Easily's end for six years. Until last week when my MX record mysteriously changed to 92.69.6.222 (a fact they now deny) and now my wife's Aname defining the IP of mail.<herdomain>.co.uk was removed.
