Hello, not sure if this is even the right forum, but here goes...
I've been having a great deal of trouble with my connection and I'm just about at the end of my tether. For the past few months my connection consistently drops, with the ADSL line and internet line lights on my router going out and appearing to scramble to reconnect. I have called customer service and have had to alter numbers on the admin page - I believe they are parameters? It helps for 2-3 weeks with only occasional outages, but eventually it returns to only 2-3 minute long connections. Is there any advice or anything I can do to stop this? I work from home and it's a real nightmare, if it continues I will have to look for another provider. It affects both LAN connection and wifi.
My router is an EchoLife HG520s, with a power rating of 12VAC;1A and it's an up to 8mg connection speed.
