Getting frustrated

Afternoon all.
Been with Plusnet for about 3 months now and from the start i've had a problem with loading web pages up, basically I have to click on a link at least 2-3 times, sometimes more, before a page will load up, although sometimes a page will load straight away. I would say the problem occurs about 80% of the time.
I have changed the DNS servers but this made no difference.
I'm just wandering if it has something to do with Plusnets traffic shaping.
Anything you guys can offer before I get onto Plusnet support?

I'm pretty convinced my problems were being caused by zonealarm, quick reinstall and everything seems fine now

There was a problem with Zone Alarm and AVG interaction a while back which, IIRC, had this sort of impact. AVG claimed ZA had admitted it was their fault. Possibly still to be fixed.

Though if you're not using AVG then that's unlikely to be the issue.

Just a thought.
