Stats look good! Probably no more than 5 Meg Sync max.

Are these stats from hidden test socket? Re-Sync done during daylight?

Have you removed ring wire? Checked extensions & filters?

yes its in the test socket. i dont have a clue what ring wire is? could you please tell me and how to remove it? i will do a resync in the morning about 10am

Removing the Ring Wire

In short, the orange/white wire in terminal 3. If there's a wire in terminal 4 it can be disconnected too. Terminal 2 and 5 are required so don't touch them. Wire colour is less important than terminal number.

If those are from test socket, and are same stats when using normal arrangement then playing with ring wire will gain you nothing

noise margin 6.9 down and have a 5meg profile and sync at 5811 or something like that
I would be looking for the same with your stats

i also spoke to bt they going to reset my srn to 6.0db they sed it should make it a lilttle faster

Are you plugging the filter straight into the test socket, not using a plug-in extension cable?

By test socket, you do mean the one inside the master socket, after you take the faceplate off?

yes its in the test socket.

no extension cable. bt rang me about 1 hour ago again to say they changed the srn profile 6.0db and will take upto 24hour to happen.

i must admit bt are being very good with customer service/tech support atm.
