It might be worthwhile to post the router model. Some have known issues with ping responses.

Thomson / Technicolor 585v7 by chance? Mine does this. Doesn't affect my actual speeds though.

Thanks for the replies John and James. James guessed right it is the O2 Wireless Box 2. Will be interesting to see the results using a Netgear.

Are you downloading/streaming anything? Or doing heavy LAN transfers? Maybe a big upload (backup)?

Hi Robert. The O2 line is a LLU one, although the checker does show all green.
This is latest with everything but the router off overnight. Back on the O2 box for a while.

That graph is blank. Has your IP address changed with the router change?
Can you confirm which O2 package it is please? Sorry to query it, but we have had two posters in the last few months both thinking they were on non-LLU when they were LLU, and there is a faint possibility you are the opposite.
I don't remember my O2 LLU graphs being anything like yours, using a Netgear 834PN, but unfortunately cannot access the graphs now.

Just to confuse the issue it seems, according to a post by John that the system was down this morning.
Robert - definately O2 llu- 1300/14028 would be strange on a normal BT connection.

Well the link you gave before, that was blank, is now working as of them re-starting the BQM system, but it is solid red.
That means the router is off; or it is set not to respond to pings; or the IP address you are on is not what you have set for the monitor.

Unfortunately the data from 10pm last night that was there has been lost. Would expect red as now back on the O2 box with different IP no.
