What im wondering is if BT OR rollout does get to 80% will companies like sky/talk talk who have been undudling exchanges use the BT equipment instead of their own and focus there roll outs elsewhere.
No!
The whole point of LLU is that the costs are far lower to the ISP than paying BT Wholesale to provide IPStream/IPSC/WBMC/WBC services. That's why they can provide the really good value for money products they do on LLU.
They currently already provide these services where they do not have their own equipment. It seems unlikely they will decommission any currently LLU'ed exchanges, and where they roll out further LLU depends largely on where they see the investment will pay off - just as it does now.
There may be a tiny effect, in that IPStream and IPSC are a bit more expensive than WBMC and WBC, but I doubt if that is highly relevant.
(PS - Any, who is this "dude" they have been removing by "undudling"?
