Moved Home No Phone Line Need Superfast Connection for Work

Hello I have recently moved out of my parents home & into a shared house. The landlords have no phone line and I'm not sure if theres a socket in the house anywhere so I could sign up to broadband. Does every house have a phone socket?
I live in a rural area and virginmedia fibre optic without the phoneline has not been installed in my area.
I am currently using vodaphone mobile broadband which is really slow or I use BT FON or Openzone when it is working.
I have thought about asking a neighbour to pay them to use their connection but I don't know them and I am painfully shy with new people so I would rather not.
It is vital I can get a super fast reliable connection because I work from home and it is affecting my income.
I would not like to move address!

No. Unless we are talking about modern "new-builds".

Whichever way, we need the URL of the result, as newbies like the OP (no insult intended to him/her) can often type the bits they think we need rather than what we do need, and even make confusing typoes.
