An openreach engineer visited my house today to put talktalk on my 2nd line. At first he thought that there was going to be just one broadband connection. He had taken the sky phone/broadband off of the first socket and replaced it with the talktalk connection, Then i told him that I am paying for two lines, he then switched the talktalk to the 2nd line and left the 1st line with nothing.
Now their is no phone (dial tone) and broadband on the 1st line.
So for basically right now:
Line #1 - No dial tone/broadband
Line #2 - Talktalk phone & broadband
It should be:
Line #1 - Sky Broadband & Phone
Line #2 - Talktalk phone & broadband
I don't want a charge for having my 1st line putting back on, what should I do?
