VPN, I'm new to it but want to learn

Hello everyone

Hope you are all well.

Im new to the concept of VPN but would like to explore this as i'm thinking of moving to BT FTTC and using it to P2P. Can anyone point me in the right direction of where I can find out more please??? I have done a few google searches but I'd appreciate your input, u guys are the experts.

I don't see why not.
If the VPN company intercepted your traffic it would still be over an HTTPS connection so encrypted.

If concerned you could just disconnect the VPN when doing your banking. As easy as clicking connect / disconnect in the software.

You can try this one for free for a few hours if I remember correctly.

strongvpn and vpntunnel are a couple of others.

They are as simple or as complex to use as you like.

You can just run the client software on a single PC or configure a router to encrypt all your traffic.
You can even VPN specific devices on your LAN and leave others off the VPN with the right router.
