A television adverted by phone and broadband supplier TalkTalk has been banned after it exaggerated the potential savings customers could make by switching their service, the advertising watchdog has ruled.
Rival provider, BT complained to the The Advertising Standards Authority about an advert which claimed customers could save more than £140 a year on calls and broadband.
