If one tries out the http://www.dslreports.com/tweaks you then get taken to a results page and one of the pieces of info asked is:
"Download Speed kbit/s (the download speed advertised for your line)."
For people on ADSLmax, what would be the given answer?
8128? (my sync)
8000? (the up to 8 Meg advert)
7150? (the profile speed)
It may or may not matter, but depending on the given answer the recommended RWIN range changes.
