We are currently aware of problems accessing the broadband speed tester we host at www.mybroadbandspeed.co.uk
Attempts to access the site are intermittently timing out or being refused.
Our network engineers are investigating and further details will be provided as they become available.

This is an update to yesterday's post about the problems accessing the broadband speed tester we host at www.mybroadbandspeed.co.uk.
We have now arranged collection of the affected servers from our London data centre, so our engineers are able to resolve the root cause of the problem on-site in Sheffield.
Access to the speed tester will remain disabled until we've had the opportunity to carry out this work.
Please accept our apologies for the continued inconvenience.
Kind regards,
Bob Pullen

This is an update to last week's post about the current problem accessing the broadband speed tester we host at www.mybroadbandspeed.co.uk.
We have now repaired the problematic servers, however they still need to be transported back to our London data centre so that they can be brought back online.
We will post another update once we've a clearer idea as to when service will be restored.
In the meantime, access to the speed tester will remain disabled.
Please accept our apologies for the continued inconvenience.
Kind regards,
Bob Pullen
