ADSL2 2+ costs?

Anyone know the price to convert an exchange from max to ADSL2 or ADSL2+ ?

Preferably a min and max price if available.

Min - zero, since line cards already support it.

Max - pick a figure for the cost of installing fibre and new MSAN for 21CN. And that price incurrs a per KM for the fibre backhaul feed.

Easynet who used to install smaller DSLAMs worked on £100,000 an exchange back in the early days of LLU
